ScreenTime and Posture
With the school holidays starting soon, it is no doubt that kids are getting excited to spend their time playing on various consoles, such as Playstation or even just on their smart phones. Spending extended periods of time on these devices can become detrimental as often people are in hunched over positions. This can lead to general poor posture and even pain. It is possible for parents to minimise the risk of their children developing poor posture due to long bouts of screen time.
If your child is experiencing back pain or has a poor posture, contact us at Angie Lander Biokineticists to combat this and get their posture and pain fixed before it becomes a chronic problem later in life.
