Living a sedentary lifestyle has a detrimental impact on your overall health and especially on your bones.

Studies have shown that there is an increase risk of fracture and lower bone mineral density (BMD) in people who are less physically active! Osteoporosis has a gradual onset and progresses throughout the years. Therefore preventing or delaying osteoporosis, is by including higher amounts of training in your daily routine. Physical activity as a whole helps to improve the mechanical strain on bones, which stimulate the process of building stronger bones.
